1. The controls are terrible
2. Awful lag
3. Servers always full
4. Crappy AI
5. Did I mention the horrible lag?

This game is unplayable due to the shit servers and hordes of enemies that decide to attack you, which is especially bad when the lag causes your character to sit still while being attached by 5 enemies. The servers seem to be mainly filled with bots, grinding characters to be sold for real/game money. I guess SR doesn't think that taking care of that is important. Also, definitely not owned by English speakers. The number of typos and incorrect grammar when talking to NPCs makes most of what they say unintelligible.
